The hot air kiln drying is run by the hot air generator using indirect heating mode to produce high temperature clean air. The high temperature air is forced into the drying kiln by passing through an air blast machine according to a fixed speed to dry the timber.
The temperature and humidity in the kiln is set at the control board by yourself according to the drying schedule for the thickness and species of the timber.
The hot air generator adopts special air ventilation design using stainless steel material, which leads to high heat efficiency and longer life-span. Using wood shavings as fuel material, there is no need to have a boiler, with little investment, high efficiency and suitable for small to medium size timber process enterprise and furniture manufacturer.
